Timmy Nichols, TMLF Program Directer / Co-founder / Treasurer
Timmy, MA, MS, CADC II, ICADC, is the Director of Treatment at Progressive Measures and has over 10 years of experience in addiction and behavioral health. He provides training and consultation on evidence-based practices throughout Georgia and nationally. Timmy has worked with behavioral health and criminal justice teams, including Felony Drug Court and Burke County Accountability Courts, addressing topics such as substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, treatment planning, and trauma-informed care. He holds degrees in Business Management, Forensic Psychology, and Behavioral Health, and helped develop the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Program at Augusta Youth Detention Center in 2013. Timmy is also the training coordinator for Behavioral Health Counselors at East Central Regional Hospital's Forensics Unit.
Tracell Peace-Nichols TMLF President/ Co-founder
Tracell spent over 15 years as a Probation Officer with over 7 of those years in management before she became an Attorney in the Augusta Judicial Circuit in 2021. She is passionate about advocating for others, encouraging positive youth development, and beautifying Augusta by uplifting the community.
Janell Williams, Board Member/ Secretary
Janell Williams is a seasoned communication specialist with experience in driving brand growth and customer engagement. She has successfully led numerous campaigns for clients across various industries. Janell holds a B.A. in Communications from Augusta University and is a current Editor-in-Chief for the Courier Eco-Latino newspaper.
Katelynn Chason, Board Member/ Executive Assistant/ Grant Coordinator
Katelynn has over 5 years of experience in the criminal justice field as a victim advocate. She brings a strategic and passionate approach to securing vital funding for The Missing Link Found, Inc. She collaborates closely with partners, aligns grant objectives with organizational goals, and ensures compliance for impactful programs. Katelynn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in psychology from Augusta University and is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of at-risk youth
Laney Young, Board Member/ Counselor/ Tutor
L. Laney Young holds an associate in criminal justice, a B.S. in Pre-Law with a Psychology minor, and a master's in journalism. With a background as a high school Language Arts teacher and court advocate, she now serves as a victim advocate and legal aid.
Quinntaura Graham, Board Member
Quinn works as an Administrative Assistant at Augusta University. She is currently studying to get her bachelor’s in social work. She has a strong passion for helping children find their voices and purpose!
